About Me
Since childhood, I have always loved cooking and baking. So much so that I decided to go to culinary and pastry school to pursue a career in food!
I have worked in the restaurant industry as a chef and pastry chef for over 15 years. When the pandemic hit, I took my skills home with me and began to bake bread for those who couldn’t find it in stores due to the early disruption in the supply chain. I had to move, and couldn’t transition my home bakery to my new apartment, but I had an idea. Why not help others learn how to make these things for themselves and their families?
That was the idea that became this blog. I hope to be able to teach you how to cook delicious things for yourself and your loved ones.
